It's time to think about your sports physical for next school year. Jefferson West has partnered with Cotton O'Neil Orthopedics & Sports Medicine to do just that and you can beat the rush!
This event is open to all Middle and High School student athletes and will be valid for the 2024-2025 sports season. Each physical will cost $20 paid via cash, check, or card. The student athletes do not have to be an active patient of Stormont Vail or Cotton O'Neil. This is a walk-in clinic; no appointment needed. PLEASE NOTE - NO immunizations will be given.
